Building Community Through Agile & Temporary Spaces

The Project Interim Approach

Our process begins with the foundational Container Core comprised of repurposed shipping containers, eliminating the need for permanent construction or significant site alterations.  Each installation is tailored to the needs of the surrounding community and specific location, encompassing a diverse mix of offerings, from local food, wine and beer to vendor markets, food trucks, music, art and recreational spaces.  Project Interim manages all aspects of the site, from planning and permitting, to security, operations and maintenance.

Temporary Structures Allow Us to Vacate the Site within 30 Days

We recognize that construction schedules are fluid and sometimes projects can be accelerated.  The use of non-fixed container structures provides the flexibility to relocate the entire site within 30 days.  Access is provided at all times supporting permitting, surveying and any other requirements as needed.
