The Project Interim Approach
Our process begins with the foundational Container Core comprised of repurposed shipping containers, eliminating the need for permanent construction or significant site alterations. Each installation is tailored to the needs of the surrounding community and specific location, encompassing a diverse mix of offerings, from local food, wine and beer to vendor markets, music, art and recreational spaces. Project Interim manages all aspects of the site, from planning and permitting, to security, operations and maintenance.
We recognize that construction schedules are fluid and sometimes projects can be accelerated. The use of non-fixed container structures provides the flexibility to relocate the entire site within 30 days. Access is provided at all times supporting permitting, surveying and any other requirements as needed.

Engaging in long-term partnerships is advantageous, enabling us to secure the subsequent location for a Project Interim project ahead of the current land-use agreement's conclusion. This foresight facilitates seamless transitions from one location to another.
Our objective is to always be in the process of organizing the next pop-up venue, ensuring we continuously meet community needs, provide new opportunities for small to medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs while offering stable employment for our team.
